01
Accounts, tax, bookkeeping and management information.
02
Help to build a more profitable, more valuable business.
03
Learn how to find, fund and buy other businesses.
Increasing income is only one part of growing a business.
The Growth Academy focuses on what determines how profitable the business is, what it is worth and how much of it still depends on you.
That includes pricing, margins, sales, marketing, people, systems, capacity and the way the business is run.
The point is to improve what the business gives you back – financially and in the amount of time it needs from you.
The Growth Academy includes 42 modules, monthly in-person Academy Days, bi-weekly group coaching, bi-weekly 1:1 accountability and a community of other business owners.
The curriculum takes you through the main areas that affect how the business grows, from positioning and demand through to pricing, profit, sales, people, systems and business value.
The Academy Days and coaching are where we apply that to your business, answer questions and decide what needs doing next.
01
42 modules across eight areas of business growth.
Work through the 42 modules at your own pace across the year, covering positioning, marketing, pricing, profit, sales, people, systems and business value.
02
One full day, in person, every month.
Each month, everyone comes together in person to learn, ask questions, spend time with other business owners and put the ideas into practice in their own business.
03
Ask questions, talk through decisions and get input on your business.
Every two weeks, the group gets together to talk through questions and decisions and get feedback from us and the other business owners.
04
A short one-to-one conversation every two weeks.
Your Client Success Manager goes through what you said you would do, what you’ve done and what you’re going to do before the next call.
05
Spend the year around other business owners.
You’ll see them at Academy Days, on the group coaching calls and in the community between sessions – asking questions, sharing experiences and getting to know other business owners.
The curriculum starts with positioning and demand, then moves through pricing, profit, sales, people, management, systems, capacity and business value.
You work through it at your own pace across the twelve months.

Her first client was worth £25,000.
She had already spent more than £50,000 on coaches and training without making a single sale from it.
Within her first week working with us, she signed her first client worth £25,000.
This is the sort of result we want our clients to get.
For some business owners, the Growth Academy gives them what they need.
Others want more private conversations, more one-to-one time or a smaller group around them.
That’s what V.O.P. and 1:1 Advisory are for.
